Do I need an account to use DoseRightRN?

No. The app works without sign-up or login. Just open it and tap Start to begin practicing. Your progress and streaks are tied to an anonymous identifier stored on your device.

How does the free version work?

DoseRightRN is free to use and supported by ads. You get a set number of practice rounds each day at no cost. The Ad-Free subscription removes ads for uninterrupted study.

How do I manage or cancel my Ad-Free subscription?

The Ad-Free subscription is billed through your Apple ID, so it's managed in iOS Settings, not in the app:

• Open Settings on your iPhone.
• Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
• Select DoseRightRN Ad-Free to change or cancel it.

Canceling stops future renewals; you keep ad-free access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I paid but still see ads. How do I restore my purchase?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then use the Restore Purchases option in the app. If ads persist, email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.

How do I change my ad-tracking choice?

Manage the App Tracking Transparency permission anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You'll still see ads if you decline — they'll just be non-personalized.

Is DoseRightRN a substitute for clinical judgment?

No. DoseRightRN is a study and practice tool for nursing students and is not intended for use in patient care or to make real clinical dosing decisions. Always follow your institution's protocols and verify with a licensed professional.
